Ideas, aspirations and functions

Vision: Advanced rural based on human organization.

Mission: Self-reliant villages by organizing local people through training, capital creation, modern technology, integrated management of existing opportunities and resources. Strategic Objectives: Financial services of members; Human resource development; Expansion of modern technology to increase agricultural production; Capacity building of rural poor; Creation of employment for the rural people.

Functions: Creation of formal and informal human organizations; Humanities and skills development training; Beneficiary capital creation and management; Agricultural credit, disbursement and management of microcredit; Coordination of rural development activities among various stakeholders; Implementation of development projects related to rural development and poverty alleviation; Development of rural leadership and empowerment of women; Transfer and dissemination of irrigation and other modern agricultural technologies to increase agricultural productivity and support in the production of secondary crops; Increase rural production and spread rural products through marketing linkages of beneficiaries; Creating opportunities for people's participation in local development and establishing connections of rural people with various nation building departments and coordination of services provided.
